• To ensure a smooth, safe, and unforgettable Kashmir getaway, please keep the following important travel tips in mind:
• 🪪 Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all travellers at the time of booking and hotel check-in.
• 🧥 Carry warm clothing throughout the year, as mornings and evenings in Kashmir can be chilly, even during summer. During winter, heavy woollens, thermals, gloves, mufflers, and snow boots are strongly recommended.
• 🌞 Pack sunscreen (SPF 30+), sunglasses, moisturizer, lip balm, and comfortable walking shoes, especially if you plan to explore valleys, gardens, and snow destinations.
• 🩺 Carry essential medicines and a personal first-aid kit, particularly if you are prone to motion sickness or cold-related discomfort.
• 🚗 Certain destinations like Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, Chandanwari, Sonmarg Zero Point, and some local sightseeing areas require local union cabs/pony rides, which are payable directly and are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• 🎿 Adventure activities such as skiing, gondola rides, snow biking, pony rides, ATV rides, and sledging are chargeable extra and subject to weather conditions.
• 🌨️ During winter and heavy snowfall, accessibility to places like Gulmarg, Sonmarg, or higher-altitude attractions may be affected due to weather or road closures.
• 🌷 Tulip Garden is a seasonal attraction, generally open only during March–April, depending on bloom conditions.
• 📶 Mobile connectivity may be limited in certain remote or high-altitude areas. Postpaid SIM cards generally work better in Kashmir than prepaid connections from other states.
• 💵 Carry some cash for local shopping, union transport, pony rides, and small vendors, as digital payments may not be accepted everywhere.
• 📸 Images used are for representation purposes only. Actual hotel views, room décor, weather, and sightseeing experiences may vary.
• ⏱️ Travel durations in Kashmir can vary due to weather conditions, traffic, security checks, or road situations. Flexible timing is recommended.

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

🌧️ Force Majeure

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.
