Know Before You Go

• To ensure a smooth, safe, and hassle-free Himalayan getaway, please keep the following points in mind:
• 🪪 Valid ID proof is mandatory for all travelers at the time of booking and hotel check-in
• 🧥 Carry warm clothing, thermals, jackets, gloves, and comfortable footwear, as temperatures can drop significantly, especially during evenings and winters
• 🩺 Pack essential medicines and a personal first-aid kit, especially if you’re prone to motion sickness due to mountain roads
• 🌞 Carry sunscreen (SPF 30+), sunglasses, moisturizer, and lip balm, as mountain weather can be harsh on the skin
• 🚗 Travel times in Himachal may vary due to weather conditions, road traffic, or mountain terrain
• 🌧️ During monsoon season (July–September), heavy rainfall may lead to roadblocks, landslides, or itinerary changes depending on safety conditions
• ❄️ During winter months, snowfall may affect road accessibility to certain attractions like Solang Valley, Kufri, or higher-altitude regions
• 🎟️ Entry tickets, adventure activities, cable cars, snow activities, and optional sightseeing are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package
• 📶 Mobile network connectivity may be limited in certain remote or high-altitude areas
• 💳 Carry some cash for local purchases, as card/payment facilities may not be available everywhere
• 📸 Images shown are for representation purposes only; actual experiences, hotel views, or room categories may vary

Booking Confirmation Policy

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

🕒 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

🌧️ Force Majeure

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.

• Certain bookings (like flights, special deals, peak season reservations) may be non-refundable
• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, transport, or service provider
•  Hotel specific booking will be No Show:

Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount
