• To ensure a smooth, safe, and unforgettable island getaway, please keep these important travel tips in mind before your Andaman trip:
• 🪪 Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all travellers during booking, ferry check-ins, hotel check-ins, and airport transfers.
• ✈️ Flight timings are important while planning Andaman holidays, especially when island ferry transfers are involved. Morning arrivals are generally recommended for smoother connections.
• 🚢 Ferry schedules are subject to weather conditions, operational changes, and government regulations, so minor itinerary adjustments may be required.
• 🌦️ During monsoon season (June to September), sea conditions may affect ferry operations, water sports, and sightseeing schedules.
• 🩱 Carry light cotton clothing, swimwear, sunscreen (SPF 50+), sunglasses, flip-flops, hats/caps, and beachwear for a comfortable island experience.
• 🤿 Water activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, sea walking, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, and glass-bottom rides are optional and chargeable extra, unless specifically mentioned in inclusions.
• 💵 Carry some cash for local shopping, small vendors, activity bookings, and nominal facility charges, as digital payments may not always be accepted everywhere.
• 📶 Mobile connectivity may vary on certain islands or remote beach areas depending on your network provider.
• 🚫 Certain protected zones, beaches, or island areas may have restricted timings or visitor access regulations as per local authorities.
• 🍽️ Some ferry/cruise operators and resorts may have fixed meal timings and operational schedules, especially on outer islands.
• 📸 Photography restrictions may apply at certain locations such as Cellular Jail exhibitions or government-controlled areas.
• 🐠 Please avoid touching coral reefs, littering beaches, or disturbing marine life, as Andaman is an eco-sensitive destination.
• 🌊 Sea conditions can sometimes cause motion sickness—carry required medications if you’re prone to seasickness.
• ⏱️ Island travel may involve waiting time due to ferry boarding procedures, weather clearances, or inter-island transfer schedules.
• 📸 Images shown are for representation purposes only. Actual resort views, ferry types, weather conditions, and experiences may vary.

Booking Confirmation Policy

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

🕒 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

🌧️ Force Majeure

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.

• Certain bookings (like flights, special deals, peak season reservations) may be non-refundable
• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, transport, or service provider
•  Hotel specific booking will be No Show:
