• To ensure a smooth and hassle-free Kerala trip, please keep the following points in mind:
• 🧳 Carry basic medications and a personal first-aid kit in your hand luggage
• 🪪 Valid ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and upon arrival
• 🧥 Munnar can get chilly—carry light woolens or a jacket
• 🧴 Pack sun protection essentials like SPF 30+ sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat/scarf
• 🎯 Any additional activities not mentioned in the itinerary will be at your own expense
• 🌧️ Monsoon season (June–September) may affect travel plans due to heavy rainfall or landslides; itinerary changes may occur depending on conditions

Booking Confirmation Policy

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

🌧️ Force Majeure

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.

• Certain bookings (like flights, special deals, peak season reservations) may be non-refundable
• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, transport, or service provider
•  Hotel specific booking will be No Show:
