• River rafting and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational permissions.
• Temple visits in Haridwar and Rishikesh may require modest clothing and footwear removal before entry.
• Ganga Aarti timings may vary depending on season and local schedules—arriving early is recommended for the best experience.
• Some sightseeing spots in hill areas may involve walking on slopes or stairs.
• Keep basic medicines for motion sickness if you're sensitive to mountain roads.
• Mobile network connectivity may fluctuate in certain hilly stretches.
• Carry cash for small purchases, local shopping, entry tickets, and personal expenses, as some local vendors may have limited digital payment options.
• Weather in Uttarakhand can change quickly, especially during monsoon and winter months.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded.

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.
