• Carry a valid government photo ID for hotel check-ins, permit processing, and travel verification.
• Permits are required for certain sightseeing locations such as Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir, and sightseeing remains subject to government approvals and weather conditions.
• Nathula Pass visit (if planned) is subject to separate permits, availability, weather, and additional charges.
• North East Road journeys involve mountain routes, winding roads, and long travel hours, so travellers prone to motion sickness should carry necessary medication.
• Weather in North East can change quickly, especially in hilly regions, so carry warm clothing, light rain protection, and comfortable shoes.
• Some sightseeing points may require walking on slopes, stairs, or uneven terrain.
• Mobile network connectivity may be limited in remote mountain areas.
• Start early each day for smooth sightseeing, as weather and road conditions can affect travel timings.
• Toy Train rides in Darjeeling are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational schedules.
• Adventure activities like yak rides, boating, or other optional experiences are chargeable extra unless specifically mentioned.
• Carry sufficient cash for local shopping, entry tickets, small cafés, and personal expenses, as some local vendors may have limited digital payment options.
• During monsoon or unfavourable weather, certain sightseeing points may be temporarily inaccessible due to landslides or safety concerns.
• Personal travel insurance is recommended for added convenience and safety.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded.

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

🌧️ Force Majeure

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.

• Certain bookings (like flights, special deals, peak season reservations) may be non-refundable
• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, transport, or service provider
