Know Before You Go

• Carry a valid government photo ID for hotel check-ins, permit processing, and travel verification.
• Permits are mandatory for visiting Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir, and North Sikkim (Lachung/Yumthang) and are subject to government approvals.
• Nathula Pass visit (if planned) requires separate permits, is subject to weather conditions, availability, and additional charges.
• North East journeys involve long mountain drives, winding roads, and hilly terrain, so travellers prone to motion sickness should carry necessary medication.
• Yumthang Valley and North Sikkim can experience extremely cold weather depending on the season, so warm clothing, gloves, jackets, and comfortable shoes are highly recommended.
• In case of heavy snowfall, landslides, roadblocks, or government restrictions, certain sightseeing locations may be temporarily inaccessible.
• Mobile network connectivity may be limited or unavailable in remote areas, especially in North Sikkim.
• Start early each day for smooth sightseeing, as weather and mountain road conditions can impact travel schedules.
• Some sightseeing points may involve walking on uneven terrain, stairs, or slopes.
• Carry sufficient cash for personal expenses, local shopping, cafés, entry tickets, and optional activities, as digital payments may not be available everywhere.
• Optional experiences like yak rides, Nathula Pass visit, toy train ride, or other adventure activities are chargeable extra unless specifically mentioned.
• Personal travel insurance is recommended for added safety and convenience.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded.

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

🌧️ Force Majeure

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.

• Certain bookings (like flights, special deals, peak season reservations) may be non-refundable
• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, transport, or service provider
