Bike allocation and briefing will take place on Day 2 after acclimatization.
A valid Driving License (MCWG) is mandatory for riders.
Hanle and Umling La are extremely high-altitude regions; proper acclimatization is essential.
Carry warm clothing, thermals, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, and personal medicines.
Mobile network connectivity is very limited in Hanle and remote border regions.
Fuel stations are limited; fuel management is crucial during the expedition.
Weather and road conditions may impact sightseeing schedules.
Inner Line Permits are mandatory and included in the package.
Riders are advised to wear proper riding gear throughout the journey.
Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol during the initial days of the trip.

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:
More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount
45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount
30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount
Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 15 days before the date of booking
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
- Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.
