Know Before You Go

• Carry a valid government photo ID for hotel check-ins, permit verification, and travel documentation.
• Inner Line Permit (ILP) is mandatory for visiting Arunachal Pradesh and should be arranged in advance (if included in package, it will be managed accordingly).
• Bumla Pass & Madhuri Lake visits require additional permits, local vehicle arrangements, and are subject to weather, military approvals, and operational conditions.
• This itinerary covers high-altitude destinations like Tawang and Sela Pass, so travellers should be prepared for cold weather and possible altitude discomfort.
• Carry heavy woollens, thermal wear, gloves, caps, warm socks, and comfortable walking shoes, especially during winter months.
• Travelers prone to motion sickness should carry necessary medication, as the journey includes long mountain drives with winding roads.
• Weather in Arunachal Pradesh can change suddenly, and snowfall or roadblocks may occasionally affect sightseeing schedules.
• Mobile network connectivity may be weak or unavailable in remote mountain regions, especially around Tawang and Bumla sectors.
• Adventure activities like river rafting, kayaking, and optional excursions are chargeable extra and subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Some sightseeing attractions involve walking, stairs, or uneven terrain, so basic physical mobility is recommended.
• Kamakhya Temple visits may involve waiting time, and modest clothing is recommended for temple entry.
• Carry sufficient cash for entry tickets, local expenses, cafés, optional sightseeing, and personal purchases, as digital payment options may be limited in remote areas.
• Start early each day for smoother travel, as weather and mountain road conditions can impact journey timings.
• Personal travel insurance is recommended for added safety and convenience.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

🌧️ Force Majeure

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.
