• Carry a valid government photo ID for hotel check-ins, permit verification, and travel documentation.
• Inner Line Permit (ILP) is mandatory for visiting Arunachal Pradesh and is required for all travellers.
• Bumla Pass & Madhuri Lake visits require separate permits, local union vehicle arrangements, and are subject to military approvals, weather, and road conditions.
• This itinerary covers high-altitude destinations like Tawang, Sela Pass, and Bumla Pass, so travellers should be prepared for possible altitude discomfort.
• Carry heavy woollens, thermal wear, gloves, caps, warm socks, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes, especially during winter and high-altitude travel.
• Travelers prone to motion sickness should carry necessary medication, as the itinerary involves long mountain drives with winding roads.
• Weather in Arunachal Pradesh can change suddenly, and snowfall, landslides, or roadblocks may occasionally impact sightseeing schedules.
• Mobile network connectivity may be weak or unavailable in remote regions, especially around Tawang, Bumla Pass, and high-altitude sectors.
• Kaziranga safari timings and zone allocation are subject to forest department regulations, weather conditions, and availability.
• Elephant safari, adventure activities, Brahmaputra cruise, and optional sightseeing experiences are chargeable extra unless specifically mentioned in inclusions.
• Some attractions involve walking, steps, or uneven terrain, so basic physical mobility is recommended.
• Temple visits such as Kamakhya Temple may involve waiting time, and modest clothing is recommended.
• Carry sufficient cash for entry tickets, local vehicle charges, cafés, optional activities, shopping, and personal expenses, as digital payments may be limited in some areas.
• Start early each day for smooth travel, as weather and mountain road conditions can impact journey timings.
• Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended for added safety and convenience.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded.

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.
