Know Before You Go

• Char Dham Yatra registration is mandatory; ensure all travellers complete the required registration before departure.
• Carry a valid government photo ID for hotel check-ins, temple verification, and travel documentation.
• The journey involves long mountain drives, high altitudes, and trekking, so basic physical fitness is recommended.
• Kedarnath trek is approximately 16–18 km one way; pony, palki, porter, and helicopter services are available at additional cost.
• Carry warm clothing, thermal wear, raincoat/poncho, gloves, caps, and comfortable trekking shoes, as weather can change suddenly.
• Keep essential personal medicines, motion sickness tablets, and basic first aid with you.
• Mobile network connectivity may be limited or unavailable in certain remote mountain regions.
• Helicopter services for Kedarnath are weather dependent and subject to operational approvals.
• Temple darshan timings may vary depending on weather, crowd, and local temple administration guidelines.
• Start early each day to avoid traffic congestion, weather disruptions, and roadblocks in hilly areas.
• Carry cash for pony/palki services, local purchases, donations, and personal expenses, as digital payments may not be available everywhere.
• Meals may be simple vegetarian food due to the pilgrimage nature of the route.
• Avoid carrying heavy luggage; travel light for easier movement during transfers and trekking.
• Senior citizens and travellers with medical conditions should consult a doctor before planning the yatra.
• Road conditions in mountain areas may be affected by weather, landslides, or government advisories.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded.

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

🌧️ Force Majeure

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, transport, or service provider
