• Jim Corbett safari permits are limited and should ideally be booked in advance to avoid last-minute unavailability.
• Safari timings and zones are subject to forest department permissions and weather conditions.
• Adventure activities in Rishikesh are optional and weather dependent; always follow operator safety guidelines.
• Temple visits in Haridwar and Rishikesh require modest clothing and footwear removal before entry.
• Ganga Aarti timings may vary by season, so arriving early is recommended for the best experience.
• Mobile network connectivity may be inconsistent in some hilly or forest regions.
• Carry cash for local shopping, entry tickets, boating, small cafés, and personal expenses, as some local vendors may have limited digital payment options.

💯 If you choose to cancel your booking before confirmation, a full refund will be processed

✅ A confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful booking

🔄 In case your preferred slots are unavailable, we will offer alternate options based on your preference, and a revised confirmation voucher will be shared

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the trip start date:

More than 45 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 10% of total booking amount

45 to 30 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 25% of total booking amount

30 to 15 days before travel:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking amount

Less than 15 days before travel / No Show:
Cancellation Fee: 100% of total booking amount

Payment Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation
• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
• Any payment gateway charges / transaction fees may be deducted

SparkMyTrip shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
• Political unrest or strikes
• Government restrictions or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be processed as per Government / supplier policies.
